Lets be Honest!

Hi,
My name is Nickola ( NI-koh-luh). I have been going through a health crisis in recent months and have been taking this a sign I need to get myself on track and change my life and diet ( not diet as you may think, it's a way of life change, not some fad diet I plan for a few month)

I was taking a Fulvic/ Humic product from Black Oxygen Organics. I took this product in May and I felt pretty good about it. And was having good results in my health. In August I increased the amount I was taking because I was told we could increase it to 3 times a day for a small period to help us detox. I did this for 2 weeks and was incorporating 3-day water fasting and eating a low-carb diet. I did this because I have fought Candida overgrowth through my life. My gut is a mess from vaccines and antibiotics round all through my childhood. And taking some antibiotics recently for absent tooth and dental work. I will be truthful, after the fast and about 3 weeks of being low carb, I fell off the wagon and ate pretty bad. Then jumped back on for a little time and fell off again. I think the mix of me eating low carb, then high carb was feeding the candida and the Fulvic was trying to help pull it out, caused an issue. In July I started to have this red-ish discoloration appear on my right hip. It didn't itch but was there. At the end of September/ beginning of October, I had itching appear on my right hip and right shin. It slowly spread to my arms, thighs, belly, butt, and lower back. I sent pictures to friends who told me to stop taking the Fulvic brand I was taking and others who told me to get on a probiotic and colloidal silver to help clean my body from candida overgrowth. I was also told to stop eating sugar, carbs, and gluten. I followed and slowly I was healing from this. it took several weeks of painful itchy sores and sleepless nights. The fulvic company I was using closed its door for lying and giving out an unsafe product of high heavy metals and high potassium. So my issues could be from that or not, I don't know. But I am working on healing my body anyways. On Thanksgiving, I took a 1-day break from the diet and paid by having the itchy rash appear back on my shins and hips. I went back on the diet but ran out of probiotics and colloidal silver. Through the months of fighting this one thing has been in the back of my mind. The foods I'm eating are not what I should be eating. it's a fix to help the current situation. Eating high fat, low carb, having mayo and ranch, but it's all processed crap. Yes, I am eating better veggies and not taco bell, it's a step up, but not where I should be. I need to overhaul my health and the health of my family. I look at my children who are eating chicken nuggets and fries, of course, they aren't having health issues b/c they haven't been exposed to this as long as I. I have 42 years of junk food under my belt. And I am somewhat of an influencer on my Facebook page. I share the truth, but do I follow my own advice. No. It's easy to share info, hard to change your life. I am being honest here.

So I am doing an overhaul on my life. Learning and re-learning everything. Bringing back canning, learning how to make my own mayo and other things that I use to store-buy. Make sure it's not process-filled crap and fake foods.  Kicking toxins to the curb. There are tons of people who give advice on social media and tell you what to buy, what program will help heal you, what product will fix your issue. I know because I've had several hundred people trying to get me to use their products and sell with them after Black oxygen closed its door. "my product will heal your gut" " you will lose weight and have great nutrition with my meal replacement drinks" A lot of them were for MLM's (multi-level marketing) and while I am not against MLM's, I am not trying to join any. I get they may have some kick-ass products and may help me, but we all have to live our lives and make decisions for ourselves. I am working hard to research myself into the products i want to incorporate in my life, the companies of these products, and heal my own body. Yes, I will use some products to help this along, but mostly will work with herbs, natural health things, and real organic food. I will work overtime on the things I add to my body. "let food be thy medicine"

As I learn all of this, I will share what works for me. This knowledge I'm passing on for you to learn and make your decisions for yourself and your family. I am a firm believer that people need the freedom to decide what's best for themselves. And what works for me won't always work for you. But knowledge is power. So I will share everything I know and what I have learned.  Stay Tuned, Greatness is coming!!
